Introduction - Implementing SAFe® 5.1 with SPC Certification Training

Once they certify as a SAFe® 5 Program Consultant (SPC), candidates could become leading agents for change and enable their enterprises to succeed in a disruptive marketplace.

This training will teach how to effectively coach programs, launch Agile Release Trains, build a continuous delivery pipeline and DevOps culture, and empower a Lean Portfolio. The first two days of the course, comprising the Leading SAFe® curriculum, will provide them with the basis to teach SAFe® to others, while the final two days are focussed exclusively on what it takes to successfully implement SAFe® in the enterprise.
